The Ramsgate Renovation consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 bathroom and a backyard restoration. The client requested a cost effective yet sophisticated makeover that was tailored to the house and budget. Whilst the entire house had to be stripped and remodelled, we refitted it to the requested specifications within the budget and in a contemporary manner. The client additionally anticipated for open plan living therefore we eliminated barriers such as existing walls to achieve this layout. Walls were removed, rooms were relocated and glass doors were installed to allow natural light and to amplify the space. The Kitchen underwent a full modern renovation and the living room and dining space were made collective rather than separated functional areas. New bedrooms were also developed with built-in wardrobes and linen cupboards at the request of the client. The main bathroom was additionally renovated, and final renovation touches were made by sanding and polishing the existing timer flooring throughout the house.
